The materials I used were gel mediums, blue leather based paint, and of course the nike AF1. At first I had no idea how I was going to go about doing this shoe. I tried so many methods and realized in the end I could of just poured the paint onto the shoe. I restarted on this shoe three times. I mixed water, gel medium, and the paint. I mixed it really well and poured it on the taped shoe. My idea for this shoe is that it shows motion. It looks as if the “slime” is sliding off of the shoe, it has drip marks, and it looks as if you can just touch the slime and it will just come right off. For the other shoe which is not pictures because it was being washed from all the failed attempts from the slime. I will be adding burn marks on to it, which will show action. The action will be shown through the shoe being burnt, it will look as if the shoe is dangerous to touch and you don’t want to touch it because it will burn you.
